Our design philosophy has always been driven by material behavior; not merely on a technical level, but in how a material shapes the emotional and visual experience of an object. In resin, we found a medium of beautiful contradictions: one that offers boundless creative freedom while demanding absolute technical discipline. The defining signature of the BK family lies in its sculptural leg design. What appears at first glance to be a purely aesthetic statement is, in reality, the culmination of rigorous iteration and structural problem solving. Every curve and transition has been meticulously engineered to balance striking visual impact with architectural purpose. Our primary ambition was to cast each leg as a single, seamless monolithic form. This was not driven by aesthetics alone, but by a desire to push the boundaries of the medium itself, for casting resin at this scale presents formidable technical challenges and demands flawless orchestration The result is a silhouette that marries taut, flat planes with soft, continuous curves; an elegant, efficient form that belies the complexity of its engineering. Perhaps the most captivating quality of the BK family is its unexpected dialogue with light. Due to the inherent translucency of resin, the varying thickness of the sculptural legs dictates how light filters through them. Thicker, denser volumes pool with deep, rich color, while slender transitions catch the light, creating a luminous glow. As the day shifts and the ambient environment changes, the object undergoes a subtle transformation, therefore giving the piece a quiet sense of movement, as if it were alive.
